		84WHAS radio, along with Terry Meiners and Reed Yadon, will provide continued updates for the Rodes City Run as well as race day coverage.
		WHAS11 television, along with Doug Proffitt, Reed Yadon and, of course our Honorary Race Chairman, Gary Roedemeier, will provide live coverage of the Rodes City Run.

		There are three water stations on the 6.2 mile course. "Pure Tap" bottled water is provided courtesy of Louisville Water Co.
		Water transportation and race course communications provided by Zip Express.
		Water Stop #2 provided by the volunteers and employees of Kentucky Financial Group.
		Water Stop #3 (and entertainment) provided by volunteers/employees of Stock Yards Bank and Trust Company.

		The Rodes City Run is managed by the Metro Parks Track Club. Their dedication and experience in managing road races is unparalleled in this region.
		Also, there will be an Emergency Medical Unit on the course. Medical services provided by the Jefferson County Emergency Medical Services (JCEMS).
		Traffic control and safety provided by the Louisville City Police and the Jefferson County Sheriff's Dept.

		The city of Louisville has provided the geographical venue for the Rodes "City" Run for 21 years. We thank the city for it's continued support of this event.
		We also wish to thank all the agencies of Jefferson County, especially the County Sheriffs' Department, for their continued support of the Rodes City Run since 1981.
		Use of the Fifth Street Parking Garage is provided by the Parking Authority of River City (PARC).

	LOUISVILLE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS	We also wish to thank the Louisville Department of Public Works, and director Bill Herron, for their help in preparing the race course with signage, meter bagging and barricades where necessary.
	*THE LOUISVILLE DEFENDER*	The Louisville Defender newspaper, under the direction of Clarence Leslie, provides the race results that are mailed to every runner. The pre-printed section is chock full of event photos and a complete runner listing.
