Metro Track Club 

 


The Rodes City Run is managed by the Metro Parks Track Club. Their dedication and experience in managing road races is unparalleled in this region.

 

Jefferson County EMS

 


Also, there will be an Emergency Medical Unit on the course. Medical services provided by the Jefferson County Emergency Medical Services (JCEMS).
 

 

The Louisville City Police Dept.

 



Traffic control and safety provided by the Louisville City Police and the Jefferson County Sheriff's Dept.

The City of Louisville

 


The city of Louisville has provided the geographical venue for the Rodes "City" Run for 21 years. We thank the city for it's continued support of this event.


 

 


We also wish to thank all the agencies of Jefferson County, especially the County Sheriffs' Department, for their continued support of the Rodes City Run since 1981.

We also wish to thank the Louisville Department of Public Works, and director Bill Herron, for their help in preparing the race course with signage, meter bagging and barricades where necessary.


THE LOUISVILLE DEFENDER


The Louisville Defender newspaper, under the direction of Clarence Leslie, provides the race results that are mailed to every runner. The pre-printed section is chock full of event photos and a complete runner listing.
