March 17, 2012 at Fourth & Broadway – 32nd running of the Rodes City Run 10K, the 2nd ‘leg’ of the Louisville Triple Crown of Running. This exciting 10k course is Flat, Fast and Fun and is ranked the 13th largest in the nation according to the 2009 USATF rankings. The course has also been recently measured and pre-validated by the USATF (#KY06053PR), so there will be no questions regarding and future course records. This event is both certified and sanctioned by the USATF. During its 31-year history, the Rodes City Run 10K has contributed over $300,000.00 to local charities. The entire 2011 Triple Crown race series donated over $160,000 to the WHAS Crusade for Children.

The Rodes Family celebrated with friends and associates on December 3rd during our annual Customer Appreciation Day. We all enjoyed food, hot apple cider and and other refreshments. Santa was here to greet everyone and listen to the excited children as they conveyed their wish lists.
On 11-11-11, we celebrated the seventh anniversary of the Gilda’s Night event by raising over $344,000. During these 7 years, more than $1,000,000 has been raised in support of the Gilda’s Club’s mission.
